We have a large network of contacts.  We can introduce you to angel investors, VCs, Influencers, potential distributors, and significant customers. Once you are polished and ready we will help you to meet the right people.  You usually only get one chance to do your presentation – it has to be flawless. We can also attend your pitches and meetings, or even do your pitches and meetings together with you.

We can provide a lot of important services to your company.  We can also sit on your advisory board to be a constant source of ideas, professionalism, and motivation to your team, your investors, your stakeholders, and your customers.  Having a “bit of grey hair” on your advisory board is a good idea.

Your marketing and sales plan is critical to your success.  You can have the best product/service but in your competitive industry, you need to have a unique, creative and realistic go to market plan.  We will create and/or review and tighten up your Marketing and Sales Plan with recommendations for the best strategy and tactical ideas, plus suggestions on how to quickly find and build a customer base and create traction in your market.

Your company may need a sales team or sales agency to help build your customer base.  We have built and trained multiple sales teams.  We are experts in sales training and sales management. We will generate a Sales team or Sales agency plan, including a review of distributors and dealers. We'll build a recruitment strategy and assist in finding and hiring reps/agents, worldwide.  And also an effective compensation plan

Legal work, contracts, and agreements are a necessary chore for every early-stage company.  Lawyers can be expensive and challenging to work with, and legal work can be hard to understand.   We can’t do your legal work but some of our consultants are ex-lawyers who are proficient at reviewing and explaining your legal documents.  And of course, we can recommend some excellent lawyers whom we have worked with.

Unfortunately not every company is successful.  When a company is experiencing tough times, cashflow challenges, a declining market, or even a wind-down of the business, you may want assistance and support in getting through those challenging situations.  We have the experience, knowledge, and "thick skin" to help you make and execute tough decisions in these circumstances.  We can act as a part-time advisor or even a full-time manager in helping your company to navigate through "tough times".
