1.   We are consultants to your business​

You engage and dismiss us, as needed.  We work part-time or full-time.  We are not employees > we get NO benefits, NO vacation time, and NO severance.  You get all the advantages of high-end, experienced management, with no obligations.  You get expert biz dev professionals, only when you need us.  And at a very fair rate.  These days, there are big advantages to using consultants instead of employees. 

 

2.   We have multiple specialties​

Amongst our team, we have experience in everything from start-ups to enterprise companies.  Non-profits to exceptionally profitable.  You can access knowledge and experience from different people on our team; specialists who bring decades of experience and multiple ideas and solutions from numerous perspectives.  We can do a better job, faster, and lower cost.

3.   We charge by the job or by time​

Our rates are surprisingly fair.  Because of our experience, we can get more done, in less time.  You will have higher quality results and lower costs than even some of your own employees.  In many positions, you don’t need full-time employees.  You have projects and strategies that might need a month or two.  Or 3 or 4 days a week.  We will fill those gaps, better, faster, and cheaper.

Generally, our fees are about $4K - $6K per month (but with no benefits, vacation pay, etc.)

4.   One billing point​

No hassles.  You tell us what help or expertise you need.  We bring it all.  You receive only one monthly invoice that includes all of the services we supplied you. 

And the more services we supply you, the rates will be reduced.
