DIRECTOR OF BIZ DEV (Israel) - developed a go to market strategy for an early-stage Israeli AgTech company with a Saas model.  Evaluated alternative channels and markets. (DOTS, Data of the Soil, Israel)

CANNABIS SALES & MARKETING (Global) > Developed a global sales team and marketing program for a global supplier of tissue culture in the cannabis and food industry (Perfect Plants, Netherlands)

REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT (Israel)  >  Created an urban re-development company in Israel for renovating old apartment buildings.  Raised over $35M for 30+ projects.  (American Israel Development, Israel)

RETAIL MERCHANDISING (North America)  >  Co-developed and managed a large Canadian retail merchandising company to service big box retailers  (Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Staples, Loblaws, Kroger, Shoppers Drug Mart, CVS,)  and large CPG clients (P&G, Colgate, Sony, Philips, Sharp, and many more).  Deployed 700+ reps in Canada.  Grew sales from $1M to over $14M in 5 years with 12%+ net profit.  Eventually sold to a public USA company (SPAR Group)

PHARMA / BIO-TECH DEVELOPMENT (Canada)  >  Led a fund raising program to raise $5M for a new drug technology & clinical trials.  Restructured the company & management team.  (Toronto Institute of Pharma Tech)

INTERNET STARTUP (Canada)  >  Designed and created a startup for offering promotional deals from local merchants in cities across North America.  Raised over $2M of seed capital.  Built the team to 65 employees, including  sales & marketing, programming development and operations.  (GaZoom Inc. Toronto)

RETAIL COMPUTER SERVICES (North America)  >  Developed a system and organization to supply educational services to large North American tech retailers including CompUSA & Computer City.  Actively involved in development of the service offerings, finance, sales, and major contract acquisition.  (SIDEA Corp, Dallas)

COMPUTER MANUFACTURING (Canada)  >  Managed a large Canadian manufacturer of micro computer.  Started as Service Manager; ended up as President.  Generated of $25M of sales to governments and large corporate customers.  Restructured and re-financed the company.  (Primax Computer Corporation, Toronto).  Started my career in sales and marketing at IBM.  Worked as a marketing rep in selling PCs and mid range systems to re-sellers.
