Planned and implemented the largest multi-day international sports based charity event in Israel, raising annually over $4 million from participants from 15 countries. Created an series of innovative peer to peer fundraising initiatives while building and managing a staff of

12 and an on-ride staff of 85. Utilized excellent written and oral communication skills to expand participation in Europe and North America. Dramatically increased revenue and reduced costs.

Al Derech Burma Sports and Fitness - Mesilat Zion, Israel,  incorporating running, biking and fitness equipment, a training

center, coffee shop, adventure themed events and bike tours. The

facility served as a home base to numerous running and biking clubs and was featured on TV and numerous publications as one of the most innovative new businesses in the sports industry.
